About Us

     Studio Bonneyad is an architectural group consisting of a group of architects and artists graduated from the universities of Tehran and Shiraz; their motto is: Architecture is sometimes not constructing.
The core of this group was formed in 2009 and in recent years has been working professionally and continuously in various fields of architectural design and execution as well as revitalizing contemporary and historical buildings with integrated design approach and improving the quality of existing spaces.

         Mohammad Amir Ranjbar is the founder of Studio Bonneyad, born in 1988 and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Fine Arts, University of Tehran. He began his professional career in designing and restoration at the University of Tehran’s Institute of Culture and Art headed by Dr. Pirouz Hanachi and then he works independently as a member of the Foundation Architecture Group, specifically in the cities of Tehran and Shiraz.

        The purpose and approach of the Studio bonneyad is to respond technical, economic and environmental needs of each project according to its context and environmental requirements and by using the latest architectural knowledge based on past architectural elements, materials and characteristics. What we are looking for is to create a sense of space for the user in the project and to improve the quality of the audience’s living environment; accordingly to this, we try to have a vibrant response to the questions and challenges of each project and to restore possible and appropriate relationships between the architect, the space and the user.
